Blender 3D
In the early stages of my development I began learning a software which at the time was entirely new to me - Blender 3D, the images below show some one of my first models -
A telephone box, referencing a modern day version of the one Therese uses in the film which is from the early 1940s.The blender work is used as reference for digital drawings, with my own texture being placed over top or painted on.
In the film 'Carol', Carol Aird is shown on multiple occasions using a makeup compact, i wanted to recreate my own version of the one that sat on the coffee table in the Waterloo hotel scene.
In the Waterloo hotel scene, in the corner of the room is a tall golden lamp which is the main source of light that creates the atmosphere in the room, i have modelled a simplified version of this lamp to use as reference for my digital work.
